INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

We offer a reliable instructional design process. This workshop delivers a systematic process for designing instructor-led programs. Beginning with the development of performance objectives, it covers all components necessary to design a program that meets the objectives. Activities during the training apply the concepts and allow the learners to incorporate a variety of methods. The learner leaves with the necessary tools to design a training program for the adult learner.

 

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

We make trainers out of your subject matter experts (SMEs). When content falls within a subject matter expert’s area of expertise, they should share their knowledge with others. At Optimum Development, we help your SMEs become comfortable and competent in presenting information so that learners are involved and engaged in the learning.

FACILITATION OF LEARNING

Instructors disseminate information. Facilitators engage learners in the process of learning the information, so it stays with them. In this program, we take trainers through a series of exercises to build their facilitation skills so that learners become active in their own development. Skills include active listening, asking questions to explore, fostering participation, and addressing all learning styles.
