Learning and Development Cycle

Needs Assessment
We determine what you really need.  Focus groups, interviews, observations, and surveys are necessary to determine the true needs of learners before development of programs can take place. We take the time to ensure the needs are established first and foremost.    
Instructional Design
We design instruction based on determined needs. A systematic approach to designing instruction is implemented to ensure objectives are met, differing learning styles are addressed, and a variety of methodology is incorporated.
Program Facilitation
We have presenters who possess strong facilitation skills.  Whether it's a workshop, seminar, or team building session, programs are facilitated with the adult learner's experience and knowledge in mind keeping them engaged and interested at all times.
Evaluation
We evaluate immediately following a program and later for long term results. Initial responses and reactions to a program are recorded and reviewed as well as long term behavior and performance changes that have occurred as a result of the training.

On-Boarding Program Assessment & Design
We get new employees on the right track – rapidly and appropriately. New employees require job specific content that is going to speed up the orientation required for their new job. They also need dynamic programs that provide interface with key people – those with whom they will be involved later. By thoroughly reviewing the information your employees are receiving when they come on board, and assessing what they should be receiving, we design on-boarding programs that not only meet the needs of the new employees, but fully engage them right from the start.
Competency Profiling
We help you build your own development tools.  A competency profile is a record of the skills, knowledge, and attributes required for a job. Through the use of focus groups, surveys, and/or interviews, as well as available on-line tools, we can help you create your competency profiles. 

Why is this important? Once a competency profile is available for a job, it can be used as a tool for hiring, evaluating and developing both current and future individuals for the job.
