the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), Optimum Development uses the MBTI in a
variety of ways with clients.The MBTI is a personality
assessment that identifies preferences in the areas of gathering
information, decision making, directing energy and direction of one's
outer life. This information is used with management, staff, teams,
educators and individual development. |

the MBTI is used to enhance communication, resolve conflicts,
deal with changes and recognize diversity.
In management development,
the MBTI is used to determine communication styles, leadership styles
and for problem solving and decision making.
In individual development

change, career choices and relationships with others.
